Autostart at startup is nice. I also like the ability to see a clock on the top right.

Sadly the logo background is not white and not all logos are assigned properly yet. Some ligos are jpg, jpeg, gif, png, etc.. Maybe that is the cause of the wrong assignment.

The perfect player is almost like using a satellite receiver. Only that one has to assign the correct decoding i.e. hardware, native, software, HW+ to individual channels since this does not happen automatically and that when changing the channel using the remote control, it is not possible to switch to the next channel when pressing next if there is a link in between that does not work any nore. It jumps out. So it is then necessary to press the down button on the remote control and then OK (enter). Maybe there is a solution to this. If a link is not working any more, the program could mention this on the screen and not jump out. This way it could be possible to switch to the next channel when pressing next on the remote control.

    Very useful program!

    Hi!
    Great app.
I was trying to shift audio, but i don’t know how to do that. Can you hep me?
By the way, audio shift feature is designed only for VOD or live streams too?

    • nikman says:

Audio shift is available with Hardware and Software decoders for any kind of streams.
Use “Videocamera” button in main menu during playback.

  3. hi,
you can enter a user guide of the program?
    I can not manage groups.
    thanks

    • nikman says:

Use “Groups management mode” to move selected channel into existing or a new group.
The same way as in “EPG assign mode” – watch video tutorial.
      Another useful link.

  4. Emilio says:

Good evening with the android ap I have audio synch problems video.come can I fix? With other ap not ‘present the problem. thank you

    • nikman says:

Try to select different decoder: Settings->Playback->Decoder

Also, with Hardware and Software decoders you can set Audio shift in Options window. To access, during playback press “Videocamera” button in main menu.

  5. Emilio says:

with software decoder I found a way to synchronize the audio but worse image than the native decoder.
And ‘possible to make the video more’ fluid with software decoder or set the audio option even on native deoder? Thanks

    • Emilio says:

Furthermore there is a way to make active changes for all channels?

    • nikman says:

Use Hardware decoder to utilise hardware acceleration, if available.

      • Emilio says:

with hardware decoder video stutters, the only decoder with which the videos are excellent but it is native decoder on many channels and not the ‘synchronized audio. The audio problem unsynchronized e’comparso a few days, I do not know if after an update to the app. you can download an older version of the app for provae if there are the usual problems? with native decoder is a white line on the bottom of the image, this row will turn green if imposed hardware decoder or hw + .The lines just disappear with decoder software but the video is not ‘fluid and goes to micro scatti.Se try with the player vLC, there are no such problematiche.Voglio use perfect player’ cause I find it excellent.

  6. Jimmy Söderberg says:

    Hello!
Is there some way you can get Dolby Digital sound? And I can not change the subtitles on my VOD movies I stream?

    • nikman says:

If your device does not support Dolby Digital natively, you can select Hardware or Software decoder (Settings->Playback->Decoder).

Other way is to set Audio Passthrough in device settings to send encoded audio to TV or receiver for further decoding.

  7. herosam says:

    Hello.

    I found a new BUG.
We use satellite receiver streaming to PerfectPlayer.
TS stream containing the subtitles cannot be show.
HW + decoding mode can show subtitles, but no display.
Subtitle only in HW + decoding mode can support?

I have recorded a TS file, which contains the four subtitles

PS: Can add the main screen timeout circle logo on/off options, pleas.

    • nikman says:

Currently, HW+ decoder supports teletext subtitles.

DVB subtitles only supported with Native decoder on some devices.

As for, PS: This would be very device specific option and does not look like a bug much.

      • herosam says:

HW + decoding mode which chips are support?
I use device CPU for Allwinner H3 & Hisilicon hi3798m, can’t work in HW + decoding mode.

        PS:
Yes, this is not a bug.
This is my device compatibility problems.
But the problem has been bothering me, because the problem only using 1.3.0 version now.
If can add this option would be very grateful.
