Epg not loading all the way

Hi, I am using rocketstreams iptv with an android app on an android tv box. I have tried a few different epgs and every time I go to download I alway end up with only 16 downloaded. I have tried reinstalling the perfect player app and the rocketstreams app and always get the same results.
Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
