Is this only for android phones? Is there an iPhone one? Or is there anything for Apple iOS?

  2. Ahmad says:

Hope you can make an remote app for iOS devices soon.
    Best regards

The EPG does not refresh! Always have to remove the epg line and restart the app and then add itagain to get EPG. Got to do something about that!! Very annoying bug!!

  4. Tom says:

How do I get rid of double volume bar? Volume goes up pink and goes up second time darker pink. Didn’t used to do that.

    • nikman says:

You may not increase sound volume higher than 100%, if you don’t need additional audio boost.

  5. Ian says:

What button on the remote app do I press get the menu up on the TV to show “Main menu” , “show EPG”, “Search channel”, “Decoder”……etc?

So far there is no way to go to Perfect Player’s settings using Perfect Remote. But there are arrow keys (up, down, left, right, ok) in the remote app. You can swipe up the bottom panel to see the extended controls. So you can navigate through the Perfect Player UI using up, down, left, right keys and get to the “Show EPG” or “Search channel”. Also please note that you can see EPG and Search the channel in the Perfect Remote app itself, which is much convenient way, than using arrow keys.

Can you set up multiple tv’s? If yes, how

  7. Harry Bonocio Llenza says:

I have 6 amazon fire boxes and one Shield box, how can I have all the tv’s set to my perfect remote. I purchased the app but have not been able to figure out how to set them all up to one remote.

    • Elya says:

So I assume you have Perfect Player installed on all your Shield boxes. You should enable Perfect Remote on all (in Perfect Player go to Settings -> UI). You should ensure that all your Shield boxes are connected to the same wifi/home network. In Perfect Remote – go to menu -> Select TV -> you should see the list of your Shield boxes where Perfect Player is running. You can also rename Shield boxes to make it clear which one you want to select.
